They're baaaack! We've been working hard to bring back breakfast burritos in the most delicious and healthy way! We pile a whole wheat tortilla with egg whites, lean LOCAL ground turkey, roasted potatoes and feta cheese. It comes to you wrapped and ready to heat and eat! We've also paired it with our house made roasted salsa and sour cream! An excellent grab and go breakfast!
We've roasted ripe roma tomatoes and combined them with a bit of crushed tomatoes and cream cheese on of course fresh basil! Enjoy it warm or cold!

The BEST comfort food around! Our in house made chorizo is the perfect spicy compliment to our lentil ale cheese sauce! Lentil ale is from Rebellion Brewing and it's combined with old cheddar and feta to make a hearty cheese sauce. We finish it in the oven with roasted roma tomatoes and bread crumbs!
We've created a little something different that has turned into a fan favorite. Roasted local beets, braised cabbage, chickpeas and tahina paste form the foundation of this healthy dip. We add some lemon and fresh dill and it's absolutely out of this world!
